All Charter Membership information is securely kept and will not be used for any other purpose besides the expressed purpose of purchasing an 801RIVERFRONT Charter Membership. Rest assure, all financially sensitive information is kept under adequate security.
The charter membership is a commitment to become a member once the park opens. It costs nothing to you now, and nothing if (for whatever reason) the park is not built. Once the park is built and open to the public, you will automatically become a Charter Member with an automatic monthly payment plan for an annual membership with a one year commitment.
Charter memberships come with perks! They are offered at a significate discount over our planned public membership prices after the park opens ($300 instead of $400). Plus, your monthly charge will not change over the lifetime of your membership, provided you keep the membership current and do not let it lapse. But the biggest benefit is knowing that you are helping make 801RIVERFRONT climbing & skate park a reality in Chattanooga by showing your support. Bring it!
By correctly completing the charter membership forms you are helping make the 801RIVERFRONT climbing & skate park a reality. With every completed Charter Membership and Payment Agreement we receive, the closer we are to beginning construction. So please do not wait. ** If you are under 18, please have your parent or legal guardian complete the forms accordingly. All buyers must be 18 years of age or older: if not, the parent or legal guardian must be listed as the 'Buyer' on all forms. The parent or legal guardian must also sign the Liability Waiver, either before an 801RIVERFRONT representative or before a Public Notary. Without an 801RIVERFRONT representative signing witness or a Public Notary affidavit the waiver is void and the contract will not be processed.
Simply print out the Charter Membership Agreement form and the appropriate Payment Agreement & Liability Waiver form (dpending on the membership type you would like). Complete and submit the following form and we'll mail you the charter membership package to you via the US Postal service. You can then sign and return the charter membership contracts. Any member under 18 must have the consent and signature of his or her parent or legal guardian. Return the signed documents to us in the included return envelope. That's it!
