Built in an updated and remodeled warehouse near downtown, the park will blend the old with the new. Totally surrounded by windows, skylights, and bay doors, the climbing and skating area will feel open and inviting with natural lighting during the day and a cooling river breeze at night.
In addition to the climbing walls and skate ramps, the building will be outfitted with an enclosed yoga room, a training area, and locker rooms with showers. Before work or after class, 801RIVERFRONT will offer something for all, with hours that work with everyone's busy schedule.

The climbing walls will be built by Vertical Solutions and modeled after the world famous walls at The Front Climbing Club in Salt Lake City. The wood walls will have a smooth surface, slight texture, and aesthetic curves. This will allow for varying climbing angles from slabs to roof overhangs, providing for a unique and challenging climbing experience. Including lead climbing, top-rope, and top-out boulders, the walls will not only be challenging to climb on, but they will also be attractive to look at, with ever changing lines and colors. There will also be a large campus and system training boulder for the hardcore trainer; a four sided, tall structure retrofitted with the most current system training features and variable campus wall arrangements at appropriate angles. You will get strong climbing at the 801.

Designed and constructed by John Saxton, designer and builder for the pros and the X-Games, the skate park will take the greater part of the facility, catering to all of your Skateboard, BMX, and Inline needs. From the beginner to the advanced pro level, this park has all of the ingredients needed to handle some serious shredding. The street course is not your average park, consisting of hips, ledges, rails, and stairs blended into a real street plaza style park. The real street style park mimics real downtown street spots, while allowing you to not have to deal with the hassles of the authorities or getting kicked out. A beginner course allows the little dudes to throw down like the big guys. A serious 6 ft. bowl with spines, hips, and an elevated deck level mini ramp that make for never ending lines around Chattanooga's first bowled ramp. Don't think that we were about to forget vert; this one is a 9 ft. ramp with resi style landings on the side, perfect for learning those tricks that are too intimidating to try into the straight ramp. Get psyched, we are opening soon!
- 12,000 ft2 of street course
- 3000 ft2 of beginner’s course
- 5000 ft2 of indoor bowl and vert ramp

Although much thought has been spent to plan for the best indoor climbing and skateboarding facility in the south, all the renderings on this site of this facility are subject to change based on space and on going negotiations. These renderings are for conceptual use only. Equipment not to actual outfitting numbers.
