Yes, it needs a lot of work. But this place would be rad for an indoor skate and climbing park. Note the abundance of natural lighting in the picture below. Tons of space. Room for retail, locker rooms with showers, private party rooms, yoga and training rooms.
The back room on the right has high ceilings for the climbing and half-pipe area.
